Booking Process

Begin the process by inquiring via the contact form on my website. I will respond with an email within 24 hours.

You’ll book a Zoom call with me using the link I send you, or we can connect on the phone, and we’ll talk all things wedding.

I’ll send over your contract and invoice. Once it is signed and you’ve paid your deposit, your date is reserved!

The fun part! Your wedding day is here followed by your film delivery just a few short months later!
Q & A
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I require a 50% deposit on all bookings and can customize a payment plan that fits your needs and budget.
Do I get to select the music?
I always ask my clients to send me a list of genres of music they enjoy and I personally select music from my music subscriptions so you can effortlessly share your video on social media. The music selection process is one of my favorite parts when creating a film.
What are your package add-ons?
I offer adventure sessions, teaser videos, ceremony and toast edits, and raw footage. I now include drone footage in all of my packages. More info is provided once you contact me.
Do you offer any other video work?
Yes. I offer engagement films, commercial videography, and anything creative you’d like to discuss!
How long will my video be? How is it delivered?
Videos are usually between 6 to 10 minutes depending on what package you select. I deliver films via a customized online gallery that makes films easy to save and share.
How long before I receive my video?
Turnaround time is between five to six months. The filming part of summer wedding season in Alaska can be very busy. Since editing is a very important and creative process, I like to give my whole heart to it.
Are you willing to travel and/or hike?
Um, YES please! If you are booking a photoshoot or video for any session I am down to drive or hike anywhere. I’ve hiked all over Alaska and love helping with location ideas. Travel fees may apply.
